Cross Border Account Opening
The opening of the current account from abroad is basically possible.
Needed documentation
Residents:
- Authorized registration of the company, certified translation in German or English,
- New foundation: article of association, certified translation in German or English,
- Copies of passports of authorized persons to representing the company,
- Copies of passport of authorized persons for disposing on the account,
- Copy of latest balance sheets (optional).
Non-residents:
- Authorized registration of the company, certified translation in German or English,
- New foundation: article of association, certified translation in German or English,
- Copies of passports of authorized persons to representing the company,
- Copies of passport of authorized persons for disposing on the account,
- Copy of latest balance sheets (optional).
