The opening of the current account abroad is basically not possible.

Residents:

• Company registration: not older than 6 months,
• Certificate of Federal office for statistics (information on business activity),
• Copies of ID cards of all persons authorized for handling the transactional account,
• Registration at Tax Administration,
• Most recent financial reports: certified by authorized institution,
• Beneficial ownership statement

Non-residents:

• Company registration: not older than 3 months,
• Certified photocopy of passports of persons authorized to represent the non-resident,
• Certified photocopy of passports of persons authorized to use the funds on then non-residents account
• Most recent financial reports: certified by an auditor or by the tax office,
• Specimen of signatures
• Beneficial ownership statement

The documentation must be submitted in original and as certified copy along with a translation made by the official interpreter in Bosnian/Serbian/Croatian language. The documents must not be older than 3 months from the date of request submission.

• Statement of the non-existence of the blocked accounts of the resident
• Certified financial statement for current or previous year
• Certified copy of ID of the persons authorized to represent the company and dispose the funds
• Beneficial ownership statement

The documentation must not be older than three months from the date of request submission.

Non-residentes:

In order to open a non-resident account at Hypo Alpe-Adria-Bank a.d., Banja Luka, the foreign legal person must obtain a certificate as evidence that non-resident was registered in the Register of tax payers. To obtain such a certificate they have to provide the competent office of the Tax Administration in RS with the following documentation:

Tax administration:

• Company registration: not older than 3 months, transmission,
• Photocopy of passports for persons authorized for representing company, signed and certified bay the notary,
• Republic duty

Hypo Alpe-Adria Bank a.d., Banja Luka:

• Company registration: transmission in original or as certified copy
• Certified photocopy of passports of persons authorized to represent the non-residen,
• Certified photocopy of passports of persons authorized to use the funds on then non-residents account
• Most recent financial reports: certified by an auditor or by the tax office,
• Photocopy of Certificate on Registration issued by the Tax Administration
• Beneficial ownership statement
